The ‘Inspirational Leadership through change’ is the core program in this category, focussing on enhancing the ability of your people leaders to lead themselves, their teams & our organisation through change with an authentic level of inspiration.

VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) is the new norm. Being able to lead through change in a VUCA environment and keep those around you motivated and inspired can seem a daunting task. The ability to lead others through change in an inspiring and authentic style will help retain and motivate your people. Having the ability to identify when change is happening, no matter the size or the pace of the change so that you can prepare, predict and plan for the journey is an essential skill for any Leader of people in the business.

Who is the course for?

This program will be designed with all people leaders and/or managers in scope as it will cover all levels and pace of change in a VUCA environment, providing tools and knowledge to identify, prepare and plan leading your people effectively.

We suggest working with the your HRBPs to recommend a priority pool of leaders.
